In 2014 Gav started working in an AV warehouse, and decided he had found a career that was both fun and challenging.

Within a couple years he was full time at Microhire, and migrated to Melbourne Convention Centre to be a Crew Leader and Senior Technician.

Gav now works for multiple Audio/Visual Tech companies on corporate events, from the prep to the bump out.
