Gav worked for Grande Experiences in 2021, helping to install over 150 projectors and a spatial audio system in The Lume Melbourne; a state of the art immersive venue.

After completing the change-over of 4 experiences, establishing an in-house AV crew, and finishing up on a high note; The Prime Minister’s Olympic Dinner custom content event, Gav left his role as Technical Director to pursue work as a contractor in the events industry.
